Course Information: In this module, adult learners explore the values and perceptions of selected groups affecting social and economic life through an analysis of policies and practices of recruitment, selection, training, development and compensation of employees.

My name is Beverly J. Brown and I have been teaching in an Adult Management Program for fifteen years, seven of which have been at Texas Collage.  I really enjoy teaching in this type of program because it gives me the opportunity to encourage students to strive for excellence and to be leaders in their professional practice.  This course is another journey as you continue your matriculation at TC.  I look forward to taking this journey with you this semester, and feel confident it will be fulfilling for us all.
