Lady Steers Get Fourth Win

The Texas College Lady Steers Volleyball Team (4-8 2-0) won Saturday, September 25, 2006 versus Philander Smith College in a 3-0 sweep. According to Coach Shwonder Thompson, it was a good team win with most of the girls playing well. The scores for the three games were 30-15, 30-9, and 30-20. The ladies play again on Wednesday, September 27th versus Paul Quinn College in Dallas, and their next conference game is scheduled for Friday, September 29th versus Huston-Tillotson in Austin.
