Transcript Request Form


Transcript request will be addressed within 72 hours of the request; however, during select times of the school year, fulfillment of request may take longer. All transcript requests must be paid before requests are addressed.

After payment has been made, it will then be mailed out to the addresses indicated on the form. We are not able to send transcripts electronically at this time.

Please note that if you attended or graduated before the year 2000, there will be a 7–10 business day processing time after payment has been received.
