| Texas College is seeking applicants for positions in its Physical Plant Department. Primary responsibilities will include at least some of the following: perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.; perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.; conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting; inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation); maintain grounds, including trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.; perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate; maintain floors by stripping, waxing and buffering; other duties as assigned.
